My name is Russell Smith and I began working for ESC 14 in 1994 as an educational technology consultant. I am certified to teach Language Arts, Social Studies and Computer Information. In June 2000 I passed the CompTia international certification tests and became an A+ Certified PC technician. In my spare time I am a freelance writer and have written numerous articles for national magazines and newspapers.

In my capacity at Region 14 ESC I provide technical assistance and technology training to educators and students. I enjoy inspiring educators to use technology more efficiently in the classroom.
