The Region XIV Education Service Center’s QMS Administrative Team has total quality leadership responsibility including ensuring the availability of resources, establishment and review of the quality policy and quality objectives, and implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System. The QMS Administrative Team also has responsibility to communicate the importance of meeting customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
The QMS Administrative Team meets at least annually to review the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives. Quality Objectives may be revised or new objectives identified and implemented based on audits, analysis of data, and customer feedback.
Records of the meetings are maintained in the office of the Management Representative in the QMS Documentation Manual.
