Please fill out the following TETN Video Event Request Form to view or present a video conference to be hosted on the TETN video network.

NOTE: For TETN video events hosted or coordinated by Region 14 Consultants, the Consultant should submit one form listing all sites in Region 14 to be connected to the conference.

Five tips for a successful video conference:

1. Please make sure your unit is on prior to the event.
2. Make sure you mute your mic during the event unless called on or asking question. For events hosted by TEA, campus sites will be muted from the Region 14 bridges unless otherwise requested.
3. To help insure the video connection, the ‘TETN Video Event Request Form' MUST be submitted by no later than 3:00pm the day prior to the event.
4. At least 30 minutes before the scheduled conference, please make sure your DL system is turned on. If your system has not been on in a while, place a test call to ESC Tim or ESC Tommy from the directory.
5. Contact technical support at your school or Region 14 DL staff if you need assistance.


To avoid wasting video conferencing resources, empty rooms will be disconnected.
