Region 14 Education Service Center supports the Big Country Alcohol and Drug Testing Cooperative by providing the following contracted services:
• Serving as Fiscal Agent
• Communicating pertinent information related to the program services
• Providing Supervisory Training
Testing of Drivers:
A district shall conduct testing, in accordance with federal regulations, of commercial motor vehicle operators for use of alcohol or a controlled substance that violates law or federal regulation.
