Center for School Operations
Administrator Training
The CSO is responsible for planning and conducting professional development activities for current and aspiring administrators. Among the programs offered:

- Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) - formerly called Instructional Leadership Training (ILT)
- Professional Development and Appraisal System (PDAS)
- Principal Assessment Training
- Principals Encouraging Principals Fall Conference (PEP)
- New Administrator Support

In addition, the Texas Education Agency requires that all PDAS teacher appraisers have training in the ILD (ILT to ILD: Moving Texas Forward). If you have had ILT, but not ILD, and will continue to appraise teachers, you will need to take a 2-day, 12-hour training program between the spring of 2002 and the summer of 2004.
