LEP Exit Criteria Chart 2008 - 2009
This chart specifies the required criteria to determine LEP Program Exit Criteria.
Monitor Year 1 and Year 2 Required Action for Intervention
The LPAC is required to document a LEP student's content area grades for each reporting period during the two years after being exited (transferred)out of a Bilingual or special language program. If a failing grade is earned during the 2 year monitoring period, immediate ACTION is REQUIRED of the LPAC.
