Monitor Year 1 and Year 2 Required Action for Intervention
The LPAC is required to document a LEP student's content area grades for each reporting period during the two years after being exited (transferred)out of a Bilingual or special language program. If a failing grade is earned during the 2 year monitoring period, immediate ACTION is REQUIRED of the LPAC.

Parental Denial Request Form
Districts are required to explain the ESL or Bilingual Program benefits to encourage parents to give permission for their child identified as Limited English Proficient (LEP) to begin receiving services. However, if a parent requests to deny these services, they may do so by completing this Parental Denial form available for download.
