*Schools should review these compliance items and be certain that documentation is in place for any program for which the school district serves as the fiscal agent.

*For example, all school districts that receive Title I, Part A funds in Region 14 serve as the fiscal agent for those funds. Therefore, all school districts receiving Title I, Part A funds must ensure that the compliance items listed under Title I, Part A of this document are met.

*Please note that specific dates are requested for certain compliance items.

*If your school district is a member of a Shared Service Arrangement (SSA) with Region 14 ESC then the compliance items are the responsibility of the service center.
