REMINDER 2009-2010 Draft Initial Compliance Review Indicators Available

These are the proposed indicators for use in the Initial Compliance Review (ICR) in October 2009.

Interested parties should submit comments on the proposed indicators to the Division of NCLB Program Coordination via email to nclbissues@tea.state.tx.us or fax to 512-305-9447 no later than 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Friday, February 27, 2009.

Please note that the division will not respond to individual comments submitted, but will review all comments before making final decisions on the indicators, which will be released in early April.

 Please ensure that your district meets the requirements set forth in this ICR document as appropriate for the programs for which your district is the fiscal agent.

 The review will take place in October 2009 and will be based on documentation and activities from the 2008-09 school year.
