NGS Timeline Requirements |

Daily
Must keep a Terminal Site Log to document daily procedures for incoming data. Must stamp ALL data showing date received and date entered, must log calls and faxes also.
June 30 - Supplemental Program Data for all children
June-August - Summer School Enrollments and Withdrawals due within 5 working days (grades, supplemental programs, and assessments when applicable)
August- July - Enrollments COE Regular /year-round within 2 working days of parent signature of COE
August- July - Early Withdrawals within 2 working days (Immunizations, Secondary Credit (9-12), Formal Assessments)
August-July - Termination Codes within 5 working days after notification
September 30 - Graduation Plans for grades 9-12 and students in grade 8 taking high school credits
October 1 - In-service Training for NGS specialists and other personnel
October 1 - Residency Verification for 01-02 this should be a year round process
January & May - Secondary Credit
> Fall - 10 working days after end of semester
> Spring - 5 working days after end of semester
> Prior Grades - 5 working days after enrollment
> Early Withdrawal - 2 working days
January 15 - Alternate Student ID's
March 1 - Immunizations 2 working days upon early withdrawal or by above date
Formal Assessment Data - 2 working days upon early withdrawal or 5 working days after district receives scores for spring administration or most recent scores on file. (grades 3-12) |
