AEIS-It
AEIS-It is a user-friendly, cost effective, comprehensive test data analysis tool for TAKS, SDAAII, TELPAS, and custom developed assessments. Features available within the AEIS-It program are listed below.

• Data Disaggregation is the main feature of the AEIS-It program. The data component provides districts with numerous reports and graphs that help guide educators when making instructional decisions.
• Scan-It is a complete tool kit for scanning, importing, scoring, and analyzing benchmark tests. The software is designed to scan and score released TAKS, TELPAS, SDAAII, and LDAA tests or custom tests. Custom tests with questions assigned to TAKS, TELPAS, SDAAII or district objectives, as well as state and district student expectations, can be scored and reported through Scan IT.
• Slug-It is a program within AEIS IT allowing users to pre-bubble certain fields on the teacher header and student answer sheets. Student sheets can be slugged from Class Roster, TAKS Data, Student Data Table, or Scan Data. Teacher Header Sheets can only be slugged from Class Roster. Slug IT prints marks on your scan sheets using a laser printer.
• The purpose of the PGP component is to assist districts in preparing a Personal Graduation Plan for students who have failed one or more TAKS tests and/or who are at risk for not graduating from high school on time.
• The SSI (Student Success Initiative) component provides users with the ability to develop Accelerated Instruction Plans for those students who fail TAKS at an SSI grade level. (3rd, 5th, 8th)

AEIS-It, Scan-It and Slug-It help in adjusting curriculum and instruction to improve student achievement. Several AEIS-It related training sessions are offered throughout the year at Region 14 along with on-site and telephone technical assistance.
