We are always looking for better ways to serve you here at Region 14 ESC. As a result, you can now receive technical assistance "remotely" by allowing me to "take control" of your machine. This is much more effective than someone trying to tell you what to click on your computer screen. There are 2 ways to receive help. One is I can send you an email and you click on the hyperlink I send to you. The second is just click on the link below, then if you see my name on the screen click on it and download and run the file. If you don't see my name, call me at my office and I'll give you a "session key" that will allow me to begin helping you.
